fifty wonderful years…

Happy 50th Anniversary!!!

 

and their great family who came to celebrate with them…

the lovely W-family who I have had the pleasure of working with a few years ago…

 

adorable siblings…

 

and what happens when you have 17 people on the beach at sunset, a great silhouette!

 

As you can see, there was a large group who traveled to So-Cal to celebrate this wonderful occasion! Congrats to the happy couple for 50 wonderful years of marriage and such a gorgeous, loving and happy family to show for it. It’s difficult to read the word bubbles in the group shot, but hers says ” I love him!” and his says “I love her!”, add a few mustaches and lips for a great group shot!

Lori Elizabeth - wow! I love that last one!! These people also do look like they could be married 50 years (don’t tell my own grandmother that I said that!)! What a great looking family!! You did such a great job for them!!!!

Great Job!!!! Love the preview….. can’t wait to see the rest of the pictures! So fun to celebrate mom and dad anniversary with the whole family especially with CA sunset. Really glad Laurie found you on earlier trip to CA to take such awesome photos, we will cherish them forever!!

waiting for baby- carlsbad maternity photography

 

 

 

Sometimes you just luck out with fun gorgeous clients (lucky me) and then they are wonderful people to hang out with too!  I am so excited for them as they prepare to have their first child, a girl, due in a few weeks.
Their adorable doggie is in for a surprise when baby arrives since she’s clearly in charge right now. She casually jumped in and out of photos depending on her mood and the effect is wonderful and natural!

I can’t wait to show you more, you are such a  glowing and beautiful soon-to-be-mommy and your baby is so lucky to have you both as parents. Thanks for letting me join you on the journey.

happy 90th!

 

 

Yup, you read that correctly, it was the Birthday Boy’s 90th and the entire family came out to celebrate. Not only were they a gorgeous group, they were SO much fun to work with!

From feather boa’s to human pyramids, everyone was having a blast even before the party had really started! This great group got together for photos 5 years ago (celebrating his 85th birthday) and we were re-creating some of those scenes too. Thanks for letting me join in on the fun and photograph such a special family event!

let’s hear it for the girls…

 

 

Can you feel the fun??!! These great women, friends for over 20 years, take a few days each year to get together for some fun times and to create new memories.  There are so many fun photos, I just put together a sample of the evening for them to enjoy until the gallery is finished.

It was wonderful to meet all of you, I hope these remind your all of your special friendship and time together.

Sandy - OMG, soooooo awesome! What a great idea, first that they make sure to carve out some girl time every year and that they actually had it documented! Might have to copy them on this one.
