I hope you are all doing well. In light of the recent events, sweet little faces like these serve as a reminder of what is truly important in life.

This beautiful family was out here on vacation and I am so glad I had the chance to meet them all. Little J’s sweet baby face with hot pink glasses just has to make you smile, and check out her doting big brother! When grandparents take the time to vacation with their entire family, it’s such a great time for everyone. I hope these photos will help them all remember what a great time they had together and how special family is =)

Happy Halloween! just a few days late, but since I still haven’t edited Teagan’s b-day photos from August, I think a few days late is freaking awesome! The girls had some much fun and continued their costume tradition of dressing in coordinating outfits. Teagan was a skeleton ( skelanimal) and Ella was a sassy spirit ghost.

I hope you had as much fun as we did! now it’s time to get ready for Thanksgiving and Christmas. yeah!

the G-family used to live in So-Cal but have moved north. so they try to get back here every year and now it’s even more fun with 2 little ones.
if you have ever wondered what an 18 month old does when you take them to the beach, they run, and RUN, and run! but toes that cute should be running in the sand for sure.

Can you tell that these 3 gorgeous girls keep them on their toes?! The K-family was vacationing from New York and we got together at the Four Season’s for a few photos. Mom had warned me that her 1 year old was VERY active- lol , the 3 year old was a pure sweetheart, and 5 month old was such a happy baby.

It was great to meet all of you, maybe you’ll make it back to San Diego and we can do this again in a few years.

Well, it was a big day here. A day I have been dreading and excited for all at the same time.

Teagan graduated from kindergarten. *sob* Don’t get me wrong, I knew there was no way to avoid it (I tried) and she has had an absolutely wonderful year!  Surrounded by the absolute Best Teacher EVER, the sweetest students and such giving parent volunteers made her first year of elementary school something to be cherished. Something I am having a very hard time letting go of.

Gosh, I have so much I wanted to say but my emotions, as usual, have gotten the best of me. I’m just going to share part of our day with you and maybe I’ll be able to write more later.

Well, Hello R-Family! After 2 rain delays, we finally made it to the beach for a perfect evening. I had such a fun time with this beautiful, fun, vibrant family who I have gotten to know over the last year. Thank you for letting me capture this fun time in all of your lives, you are such beautiful people, you really made my job joyful again.

I had a tough time titling this one as there was a lot of fun going on, and since it all revolved around family, “family time” was the best I could come up with. First we had a beautiful vow renewal followed by a christening, all witnessed and enjoyed by a wonderful family!

Let me introduce another great family in So-Cal on vacation. But this was not just any vacation, it also included a huge winter storm and the LA Marathon! While we managed to take photos just before the storm hit, I am afraid that the marathon portion was not as lucky.

I was lucky enough to join in on Meia’s First Birthday Celebration!
She was so sweet, funny, adorable and loved. Surrounded by her wonderful family, it became clear that this little girl is very lucky. Lucky to be part of a truly amazing family, and while I was only able to spend a few hours with them, it was a great honor.
The cake, flowers, everything was just perfect for this sweet little girl. and while I know she may not remember the party when she is older, I hope the photos will show what a great time she had turning 1!
