Can you believe this family? SO gorgeous, SO fun, SO fantastic to work with!
I love working with families on vacation ( the M-fam came out from Denver) because well, they are on vacation and ready for a good time :)

Mr-D had the best hair and fun attitude and seemed quite ready to show off his Beiber moves-ha ha. While little miss-G took a tad longer to warm up to me, she ended up having a blast too.

50 Wonderful Years! - Carlsbad Family Photographer Amanda Prince

This was such a special session to be a part of as this amazing couple and family came together from across the country to celebrate a Golden Anniversary. My own words seem inconsequential in this situation so I though I would share a poem…

Role Models

You two are role models
for everyone who believes in eternal love,
for those who trust that there really is
a “one and only.”
You are role models
for the benefits of a happy marriage
through unconditional love for one person
for fifty years.
You are role models,
showing that two are better than one,
that it is better to be a team
in facing life’s challenges.

my three beauties. a sneak peek!!!

ok, so they aren’t really MINE, but since one of them is my bestest friend the title seemed fitting.

This has to be one of my most fave sessions ever!!! Getting to work with Amy and her family was wonderful.

The girls and I (ok- Robert too) were SO glad to have spent some time with all of you and hang for a few days. You are welcome to come back and party with us anytime :)

I’m off to work on your awesome Holiday Cards so your little peek will have to do for now ;)

the stunning S-Family!

Wow- such a great family again!! Not sure how I get lucky enough to have the cutest clients ever, but little man-D kept me smiling throughout the entire session! At almost one year old, he kept trying to run out of our family shots to explore, but near the end he found his inner model and was posing for us :)

It was a beautiful night for photos in So-Cal, topped off with a fun and gorgeous family! Enjoy the teeny peek S-Family, I have to get back to editing ;)

hello gorgeous- times 3!!! a sneaky peeky

Oh man, we had such a great time down at the beach last night!

These lovely ladies are actually a mother and her 2 daughters, with the oldest soon expecting a  ……  girl :) While they are clearly all beautiful, I had the best time meeting them and getting to capture such a special time for them. Miss S is expecting her first child and is visiting from Germany, how wonderful that Mom thought ahead to plan this session. Miss K is 13 and was a joy to work with, I think she may have a future in front of the camera ;)

 

These truly are the days to remember.

introducing baby-i!! a sneak peek!

Allow me to present little miss-i who is all of 3 weeks old!! She was not in the mood to sleep while here, but was obviously an alert gorgeous girl :)

She has been blessed with a wonderful family, just look at how she’s stolen daddy, mommy, and big brother’s hearts! It was great to meet this wonderful family and capture the ever-so-short new baby phase for them!

I can’t wait to work with you all again, it would be an honor to watch miss-i grow up with you :)

A Gorgeous Wedding!!! a sneak peek!

first off, I have to show you just how stunning this bride was!!

and the handsome groom and buddies…

love the colors they used for the decorations and cake!

 

and their new rings! they used these stones to have guests sign in, I was thrilled to use them for this photo too.

Let me just start by saying this was the absolute BEST wedding ever!! The bride and groom are fantastic people who wanted to get married surrounded by their friends and family during an intimate ceremony. People came from all across the country to surround the happy couple with support, love, and friendship.

The ceremony was beautiful with family members participating throughout, there wasn’t a dry eye to be found! Everyone in attendance was special to the bride and groom, the amount of love and support was absolutely  amazing!

A huge Congratulations to Bethany, Quincy, and their wonderful families!! 

It was an honor to play a small part in your special day, I know that

spring break with the W-fam! a sneak peek!!

Lucky me, as a photog in Southern Cali I get to work with a lot of families on vacation! The W-fam came out from Kansas for a wonderful spring break trip so we met at the beach for some fun in the sun :)

I absolutely love the shots of the kids together, just seems like a great time in their lives and they both did such a great job working with me. Can you just feel the fun in the family shots? They really were SO fun to work with and I hope these vacation photos remind them of their wonderful time together for many years to come.

Party of Five!! a sneak peek.

It was a beautiful evening last night… and look at what I was doing! 

Just chillin’ in the wilderness with the L-Fam where we captured some beautiful images ;) Such a great group to work with, totally up for anything including coyote dung and watching out for snakes- lol  Hey, they wanted a nature-esque local :)

the birthday girl - a sneak peek!

Happy Birthday Miss-M!!! You probably don’t recognize her as last years “Year in Review” blog contest winner, but it’s really her a year later :) Something tells me she has a shot at winning again this year as well!

Now if those gorgeous eyes, adorable baby teeth, and sweet cheeks don’t bring a smile to your face, I don’t know what will.
