Can you believe how beautiful the high school seniors are around here? and I am lucky enough to work with all of these great girls and their families!
Miss-K is gearing up for graduation and starting college in Colorado in the fall. It was clear to see how much her family will miss her and how proud they are of her wonderful accomplishments! Her brother was also able to join in for a few photos, not only are they close in age, they were also great friends.
Best of luck to Miss-K and her family as they enjoy this wonderful time! thanks for letting me tag along too

It that time of year… when local High School Seniors get ready to head off to into the “real world” and celebrate the accomplishment of graduation! Ummm, Can you guess where Miss-L is headed off to?
Miss-L was so fun to work with and I have way to many great shots to show here, but I wanted to present a sample of the variety we were able to capture. Her brother was able to join in as well, something tells me their parents are VERY proud of these 2 great kids!
Congratulations to Miss-L and the entire family as they celebrate this wonderful time, enjoy the little peek

So can you feel the FUN tonight?! Yup, I had another awesomely fun family to work with!
At the ages of 9 and 11, these two were not only beautiful, but a total blast to hang with. I love working with sisters this close in age because you can tell they truly are great friends and I hope that as they get older, these photos will remind them of how wonderfully lucky they are to have each other.
Thank you to the entire C-family for allowing me the honor of photographing your 2 lovelies! I hope the new braces are doing ok

Do you know what you get working with an awesome family??!!
Totally awesome family shots! A trampoline, gorgeous flowers, and a sunset combined with a whole lot of laughs made for a wonderful evening.
It was such a privilege getting to know the gang, can’t wait to work with them again!
Enjoy the little peek, excited to show you the rest

I had the privledge of taking miss-a’s newborn photos (seen here) just over 2 years ago! My how time flies and it was great to see what a wonderful little girl she has grown into!
Full of energy, spunk, and wanting to run and play, we played peek-a-boo through the door and danced in the grass- lol The one thing about working with a 2 year old is that they definitely have their own idea of what to do. By following miss-a’s lead, we were able to capture how fun this time really is, full of exploration and laughs!
enjoy the little peek gang, many more on the way!

Presenting a cat, her girl and boy! Miss Gabby was so cute during her session, not quite sure about me or the sound of my shutter, but she hung in there long enough for us a take some pretty photos of her
It was pretty clear that she is used to running the show- lol
Once it was clear miss gabby kitty was finished with me, we headed down to the beach for some people photos! Miss-H and Mr-K were so fun to pal around with… enjoy your peek!
I am so psyched for the Olympics starting in only 3 more days!! There is something about watching such amazing athletes that is SO inspiring, I just can’t wait! And for the games to be in Canada this year too…
O Canada, our home and native land. True patriot love in all thy sons…. ok- so I can’t really sing but truly dig their national anthem ![]()
There are so many things I love about Canada too- like Tim Horton’s, I swear Toronto has the friendliest people ever, they speak French and of course Sarah McClachlan!
Then there is this one little thing I don’t really like about Canada, the annual seal slaughter.
“So what can we do about it?” you ask.
1. click here to sign the petition and let the Olympic Committee know how you feel
2. boycott Canadian maple syrup, buy American or even better, buy Hanna’s Gold, and make a bigger difference
3. help spread the word- send your friends here for info and a chance to win

When Mr. A called me to get his wife a session gift certtificate for the Holidays, I knew I was in for a fun session! When they chose La Jolla and the Museum of Contemporary Art for their location, I knew we would have a great time and get along well! When we actually met and realized we all had an interesting connection (they bought our old place a few years ago) we were all shocked- lol
I had so much fun with them wandering the streets of La Jolla with little man-R singing, joking, and making me laugh. It’s also nice when mother nature delivers such a beautiful setting for a beautiful family session.
Enjoy your little peek A-Fam, we’ll have to get together again soon!!
Those are two beautiful babies!!!!

Thanks you guys! She sure is a cutie
